Cindy Rippe has a lovely style of painting that is very simple. She inks in the designs with a fine line permanent marker then paints them. She uses acrylic but watercolors can be used. If you are a watercolor painter or an acrylic painter this is a fun book for you. There are 10 flowers painted with the 'Pen & Ink' technique... Clematis, Daffodil, Daisy, Fuchsia, Iris, Morning Glory, Tulip, Violet, and Zinnia. There are 22 color pages plus the front and back cover. This would be a great book for a beginner watercolor artist.
